We rarely go out to eat & I was weary of trying to plan & prepare healthy, satisfying meals. I found Chefs For Seniors and Gagan came to our rescue! She not only does the shopping, meal preparation and clean up but she’s truly a delightful person. It’s always a little uncomfortable having someone you don’t know come into your home. But this discomfort immediately dissolved when she stepped through the door. It’s been a pleasure getting to know her. She loves what she does and it shows in her positive and caring manner and the delicious meals she prepares. Thank you Gagan for providing such a great service and experience.

I highly recommend Chef Gagan and Chef for Seniors of Lewisville. Gagan does all the shopping, cooks healthy meals in your home and cleans up before leaving. And when we had some health issues, she was flexible and cooked in her kitchen and then delivered our meals. Gagan is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of nutrition and is more than happy to share that knowledge with you. Their menu is extensive, but if you want something  special, like a cheese cake, no problem. Beside being an awesome chef, Gagan is just a very caring and super nice person.

We highly recommend Chefs For Seniors North Texas. We hired Chefs for Seniors in Denton to cook for my mother, who is unable to cook for herself. In addition, she has tooth problems and needs healthy, nutritional foods that she can easily eat. When Gagan from Chefs for Seniors North Texas is cooking for my mom, she is very warm and interactive with my her, which we really appreciate, since Mom has dementia and can be difficult to work with. Gagan spent time with us to learn about foods my mom might like, and what types of seasonings she would prefer and has provided tasty, nutritious, and easy to eat foods. My mom has enjoyed the Mexican chicken, Minestrone, the pork fried rice, and many others that she received. Chefs for Seniors North Texas has been flexible with scheduling, which we appreciate. The menu items all sound so good, that my husband and I, who are also seniors, are considering having Chefs for Seniors North Texas come and cook for us.
